At Geek Jack, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fashion finds; if your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel remains unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels are intact and included.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
